Our City's History
Ty Ty, Georgia, was founded in the late 1800s and has grown into a close-knit community that values its history and traditions. Originally established as a railroad town, Ty Ty became an important hub for the surrounding agricultural areas. The playground and walking track at Ty Ty City Hall are open to the public free of charge, providing a wonderful space for outdoor recreation. Additionally, the community center, located within the City Hall, is available for events and gatherings, with a capacity to hold up to 40 people. This facility offers convenient access to the playground, walking track, picnic tables, a grill, clean bathrooms, and ample parking for guests.
